My name is Clotilde della Faille and I'm on a mission to boost your wellbeing and help you build a sustainable & purposeful lifestyle through yoga, yoga therapy and coaching.
I started to practice yoga when I lived in China, to find balance and ways to relax in an amazingly dynamic yet stressful city, with a demanding corporate job. I haven't stopped since then and became a certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga in 2021 (Yoga Alliance certified), teaching yoga besides my job in strategy, then in sustainable development.
I now increasingly specialize into yoga & meditation for deep relaxation and to address stress-related issues as well as chronic pain. For this purpose I'm currently studying yoga therapy at one of the best Yoga Therapy schools worldwide, certified by the International Yoga Therapy Association (IAYT), YogaTherapyGreece.
I build bridges between the corporate world and yoga and meditation by my unique experience in both worlds. I also complemented my experience with an ICF certified coaching training to also support wellbeing by helping people bring sustainable changes in their life, and create the life they want and deserve.
